During the private beta, we collect only the minimal information necessary to deliver access and evaluate learning materials:

• Email address: Collected when you request beta access or sign in, used exclusively to send your invite link, passwordless authentication links, and service updates.
• Learning progress: Completed quests, checkpoints, XP earned, saved phrases, and vocabulary practice records.
• Voluntary feedback: Suggestions or bug reports you submit through our feedback forms.

2. How We Use and Protect Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your email is never shared with third-party data brokers or advertisers. Telemetry events never log your email or plaintext identity. We use industry-standard security controls including rate limiting, input sanitization, and scoped database access policies.

3. Learner Privacy by Design

PatwaPlay does not include public profiles, social follower feeds, competitive leaderboards, or direct messaging. Your practice activity and display name remain private to you.

4. Your Rights and Deletion

You have the right to request export or complete deletion of your waitlist record and learner data at any time. To make a data request, contact our team through the feedback link in your profile or early access email.
